ROBERT J. DEVORE - PARTNER
Robert DeVore has been with Mark P. Finlay Architects, AIA since its founding year in 1984. He is a Partner for the firm’s Connecticut and New York offices. Originally from Fairfield, Connecticut, DeVore attended and graduated from the Chester Institute for Technical Education in Stratford, Connecticut in 1975. After graduation, he went on to work for Melville Corporation a national retail design firm, for three years. He then worked at Kasper & Associates from 1978 until 1981 where he was involved in various residential and commercial projects. In 1981, DeVore worked for the firm of Valus & Carpenter for three years during which he worked on residential projects.
DeVore joined Mark P. Finlay Architects, AIA shortly after its establishment in 1984 and was named Partner and Head of Production in 1985. He is a registered architect in the state of Connecticut.
DeVore lives in Fairfield, Connecticut and has two college-aged children.
