MARK P. FINLAY, AIA - President and founder of the firm, Mr. Finlay received an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering from the Wentworth Institute in Boston and a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Kentucky at Lexington, where he won top honors for architectural design. Formerly with the firm of Kevin Roche, John Dinkeloo and Associates in Hamden, Connecticut, Mr. Finlay left in 1984 to establish Mark P. Finlay Architects, AIA. Mr. Finlay is a registered architect in the states of Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

ROBERT J. DEVORE, Senior Partner - A registered architect in the State of Connecticut, Mr. DeVore graduated from the Chester Institute for Technical Education in Stratford, Connecticut. He has been working in the architectural field since 1975 and has been with the firm since it was founded in 1984.
He is currently Vice President and the head of production.

JAY L. VALADE, JR., Partner - Mr. Valade is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame's School of Architecture in South Bend, Indiana. He is a registered architect in the state of Connecticut and has been with the firm since 1986.

JOSEPH P. MULLIGAN, Partner - A graduate of New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York, he is a registered architect in the state of Connecticut. Mr. Mulligan joined the firm in 1999, but has been active in the architectural profession since 1987.

Mark P. Finlay, AIA also employs seven architects, fifteen draftsmen, an office manager and administrative staff.
