MARK P. FINLAY, AIA, President - President and founder of the firm, Mr. Finlay received an Associate Degree in Architectural Engineering from the Wentworth Institute in Boston, and a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Kentucky at Lexington, where he won top honors for architectural design. Formerly with the firm of Kevin Roche, John Dinkeloo and Associates of Hamden, Connecticut, Mr. Finlay left in 1984 to establish Mark P. Finlay Architects, AIA. Mr. Finlay is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Connecticut Society of Architects, and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Mr. Finlay is a registered architect in Connecticut, New York and South Carolina.
ROBERT J. DEVORE, AIA, Senior Partner - A registered architect trained at the Chester Institute of Technical Education in Stratford, Connecticut, Mr. Devore has been working in the architectural field since 1975 and has been with the firm since it was founded in 1984. He is currently Vice President and the head of production as well as Senior Partner.
JAY L. VALADE, JR., AIA, Senior Designer - A graduate of the University of Notre Dame School of Architecture in South Bend, Indiana, Mr. Valade is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Connecticut Society of Architects. He is a registered architect in the state of Connecticut and has been with the firm since 1986.
WENDY S. ODAMS, AIA - Mrs. Odams received a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and a Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. She is a registered architect in the state of Connecticut and has been with the firm since 1992.
Mark P. Finlay, AIA also employs four draftsmen, an office manager and a bookeeper.
